Today’s professional automotive refinishers can now choose their preferred gun size and weight from the DeVilbiss i-system pro range, with the introduction of the VRi Pro, which combines mid-size gun ergonomics with the acclaimed high performance Trans-Tech atomisation.

The tough, drop forged and deep anodised gun body offers good grip, comfort and balance with superb atomisation and uniform lay down of all leading solvent and waterborne automotive refinish paints, while the “no-kick”, balanced air valve ensures that your trigger control is as smooth to use as the finish you’ll achieve.

The three aluminium air and fluid controls and slimmer reshaped ergonomic body all contribute to the reduced gun weight, noticeable when spraying larger areas.

The front end design is simplicity itself the air cap retaining threads on the gun body and a simple push in separator/seal behind the fluid tip to control fan and atomising air flows.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of the"VRi Pro" pressure & suction guns to our compliant range. This joins our family of i-system “pro” compliant gun models fitting between the SRi Pro & the GTi Pro models. The gun is anodised in a deep blue, and the gun body is laser marked as VRi Pro and the air caps are marked as VRi Pro - XXX.
So fundamentally the body is similar to its predecessor the light blue CVi with the same diameter air caps but a new design of push-in air separator seal. The cap retaining ring threads are on the gun body forging.
The key difference is of course that the gun features a separate air flow valve in place of the concentric “in-line” valve which we launched with the CVi P & S guns.
The valve is the highly successful “balanced no-kick” design which was initially developed for the complete range of GTi Pro, PRi Pro and SRi Pro compliant guns.
The three air & fluid control knobs are also different in that they are lighter weight aluminium in place of plated brass. The air cap retaining ring however remains a plated brass item in the interests of Durability and long service life.
